Q: How long have you been in business and where are you located?

A: We have been in business since 1998 and we are based in Stow, Ohio. We don't have a store, we generally come to your location, or you can shop here online with us as well.

Q: If I purchase something from Corporate Jewelers is a portion of my purchase donated ?

A: Yes a portion of each sale, usually 20%, will go back to a charity that your workplace has chosen for a donation. It could be for an employee assistance fund, United Way, Make A Wish etc. What a great way to "give back"!

Q: What type of payment do you accept? Can I use my Payroll Deduction?

A: We accept all major credit cards. Yes, you can use your Payroll Deduction. As mentioned above, if your location does not accept payroll deduction, we offer EZ-PAY.

Q: How do I order an item(s) from your site?

A: Go to the SHOP tab at the top. That will take you to our store. Click on the category of the item you are looking for. If you don't see what you are looking for you can also go to www.qgold.com and type in the search bar what you are looking for. When you make a selection on OUR SITE place your item(s) into the shopping cart and fill in the requested information. If you find items on the QGOLD SITE, write the style numbers down and enter the stock numbers on the CONTACT US TAB. We will get back to you via text or phone to complete you purchase!

Q: How do I get what I have purchased? What about sizing?

A: We will generally ship the item to you for NO CHARGE. In certain situations we may be able to deliver the item to you at your workplace. As for sizing, it is generally FREE unless a Ladies size is over a size 8 and a Mens is over size 12. We can help you figure out your size with an online tool if needed. As for a gift, you can always present the item and we can size it after the presentation. Just send it to us with what size is needed and we will size it and send it or deliver it back to you.

Q: What if I want to return the item that I selected?

A: We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will help you find something that will work for you. Because of us donating a portion of your purchase and payroll deduction, you can exchange the item for something else (of equal or greater value) but we can't refund the purchase or reverse the payroll deduction.

Q: Is there a guarantee or warranty on items purchased from you?

A: Again, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will always help you if there is a problem with something purchased from us. The one thing that would really hurt our business is for people within a workplace to talk about how bad our service is. Jewelry is delicate, it can break, things happen. If it does, let us know. We will help you. Generally we will repair broken chains, replace missing gemstones for no charge UNLESS the item has obviously been abused, or badly damaged. WE GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO HELP IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!

GO TO www.ringsizes.co/sizingtool.pdf Here you will find a printable form that you can use to determine what size that your finger is or, what size that a ring you have is.

Make sure that your printer is set to 100% of size to print out the form.

If you have a ring that you want to see what size it is, lay the ring on top of the circles until you find a circle that matches up to the INSIDE OF THE RING.

To determine your finger size, carefully cut out the sizer on the right. Then cut a small slit at the top where the line is. Then wrap that around your finger pulling the pointed end thru the slit. Pull it till it is just snug on your finger. Then read the size that is showing right at the slit.
